1 General Terms

By accessing the eq33 platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Account Registration & Use

A personal account is required to use eq33's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

When creating an account, you must provide your real name, correct contact details, and valid payment method information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are created by members of the same household or from the same IP address, eq33 must be notified.

2.3 Login Security

Keep your account password and login details confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

eq33 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or proof of payment method. eq33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

eq33's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

Participation by minors in any gaming activity is strictly prohibited. If there is any doubt about a person's age, eq33 may request proof of age at any time. If a false age is used to register, the account will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

eq33 operates primarily for users in Bangladesh. Using the platform from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is your own responsibility. Compliance with local laws is the user's sole responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Designated payment methods must be used for transactions on eq33. All financial activities are processed through secure SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Use only a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; in the event of a technical delay, please notify the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

eq33 offers various types of bonuses to users. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same person or household may not claim a bonus more than once.
• Withdrawal is not possible while a bonus is active until the wagering requirement is met.
• There is a set time limit to complete wagering requirements; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• eq33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse is suspected, eq33 may forfeit the bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

eq33's VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier based on regular play.

VIP cashback is calculated weekly based on net losses. The criteria for advancing to a higher VIP tier are set by eq33 and may change at any time.

6 Fair Play & Security

eq33 believes in the principle of fair play. Our games are operated using certified technology and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Technical Security

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Limitation of Liability

• Problems with the user's own device or network.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment systems.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

eq33's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount deposited in the user's account.

8.1 Liability for Gaming Losses

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by eq33

eq33 may suspend or close any account without notice for the following reasons:

• Technical or security-related reasons.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time. To do so, send a request to the support team. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.
